- 2 cups (480ml) milk
- 2 oz (57g) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Add the dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar, stirring until everything is well combined and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and enjoy.
