- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the mixed nuts and dried fruits on top.
