- 4 oz (115g) dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
- Stir in the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks.
- Gently fold in the flour and a pinch of salt.
- Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Serve immediately, and the centers should be gooey.
